Returns /Exchange
At Dithrone, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you're not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchange policy within 7 days from the date of delivery. Additionally, we allow a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach our facility.
We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return or exchange an item. To facilitate this process, we provide reverse pick-up services for your convenience. A nominal reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted per order at the time of refund. Please note that this deduction is applied per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. Therefore, if your order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.
Please be aware that pick-up attempts will be made twice by the courier company. If, for any reason, the courier is unable to pick up the shipment, you'll be required to send the items back to our company address. Please note that the availability of reverse pick-up services is subject to your area's pin code.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we provide store credit within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup, which will be sent to your registered email address or contact number.
To ensure a smooth return process, we kindly ask that you return your product(s) in the same condition as they were shipped. Items returned in poor condition or showing signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund.
Once we receive your returned items, please allow up to 7 days for the return to be processed and for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account. Please note that refunds or bank transfers are only applicable for prepaid orders or online payments made on our website. Payments made with the COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid, which can be used for future purchases.
Please note that reward points or store credits are non-refundable and can only be redeemed on our store. Additionally, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations
Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
Self-Shipping of Orders for Returns
In the event that your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick-up, you'll need to courier the product(s) to our warehouse address:

Please ensure that the items are securely packed to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Remember to include your ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount plus Rs 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account for prepaid orders, or in the form of store credit (gift card) for COD orders.
Terms and Conditions
- Bank account details provided by the customer must be accurate, as any errors in the details provided will not be the responsibility of the brand.
- If you receive an SMS or EMAIL indicating that your order has been delivered but it has not been received, please contact us within 24 hours.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring the products are kept in good condition while in their possession. This includes following all product instructions and keeping documents and packaging intact during the return process.
- If you believe a product does not meet the expected standards upon delivery, please contact us promptly via Instagram DM (@dithrone.store) or WhatsApp at +91 7800807974 within 1 day of receiving the product(s).
- Upon receiving the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you of your refund eligibility via email within a reasonable period. We aim to process refunds as soon as possible, typically within 30 working days from confirming eligibility for a refund.
