Yes! COD is available for orders below INR 5000 on all serviceable pincodes.
- Visit the "Place your Return / Exchange Request" section on the website/app to raise a return/exchange request for your order.
- Submit the required details as prompted.
- Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you would like to Return/Exchange.
Please note that the Return/Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Reverse pickup will be arranged within 2-3 working days by our courier partner. Once we receive the product, we will contact you to confirm your request.
Additionally, all returned products must be unused, unwashed, or undamaged and must be returned with the original packaging and tags. Items without tags will not be accepted.
We levy a charge of INR 100 for any return orders as a reverse shipment fee at the time of Refund.

You will receive a confirmation of the placed order on your registered email ID and phone number. Additionally, we will notify you once it is dispatched from our warehouse.

We will make every effort to ensure its prompt delivery.
We charge a shipping fee of INR 50/- on all COD orders.
Currently, we do not deliver items outside India. However, you can make a purchase from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is within India.
CANCELLATION, RETURN / EXCHANGE & REFUND
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it via Whatsapp. Alternatively, you can click the cancel order button in the Order confirmation message.
For returns/exchanges, visit the returns section on the website or to raise a return request for your order. Pack the product back in its original packaging (with tags) and hand it over to our courier person. Once we receive it in our warehouse, we will verify and issue a refund to the same account details used for payment.
Please note that a handling fee of INR 100 is charged for returns. Additionally, orders placed during any sale which includes free products are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
If you receive a damaged/defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Email us a photograph of the damaged/defective product on:

Failure to inform us may result in the return not being processed.

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
For return/exchange, the reverse pickup will be done in 2-3 days once the request is placed. It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, undergo a quality check, and then initiate the refund or exchange request within 72 hours. Orders including any free products received during promotional events/offers are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
After the product arrives at our warehouse, undergoes a quality check, and the refund or exchange request is initiated within 72 hours, it takes 7-10 days for the refund to be processed. If any promotional/coupon code is redeemed, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. Otherwise, the full amount will be credited to the bank account.
For orders with discounts returned, the discount will be waived off, and the products will be billed at MRP. The balance amount will be refunded as store credit.
For prepaid orders, the mode of refund depends on the payment method used. The amount will be credited to your account within 2-3 working days. If not, please contact your respective bank.
Once the product(s) reach us, pass the QC, and refund in the form of store credit will be sent to the registered Email and WhatsApp number.
